Our house sourdough, not really brown, not exactly white. Made from a blend of directly traded wheat grains grown without chemicals and stoneground in the UK. We work with farmers seeking to advance regenerative farming methods as well as traditional stone millers; some of whom mill by waterpower alone. Our flour blend changes regularly but always includes a good percentage of wholemeal, heritage and population wheats for maximum flavour, nutrition and digestibility. GLUTEN.
