Indebted to the "Stockholm Loaf" made by E5 Bakehouse, Hackney, London. This is a slightly more hydrated dough than our Country Loaf, made with a similar blend of stoneground flours. We bake these in a hotter oven and without steam for a crustier loaf that eats much like a baguette. Good with soups and saucy dishes, as a side to a meal or loaded with ingredients as a ciabatta style sandwich. Entirely naturally leavened, no commercial yeast, 100% UK grown and stoneground wheat.
